I Just Got My AST And ALT Results From A

I just got my AST and ALT results from a routine Cholesterol check. AST is 63 and ALT is 93. I'm taking 40mg of pravastatin. I don't drink alcohol, but I am overweight. I'm trying to lose weight. Will losing weight help reduce the AST and ALT numbers?
