I Just Got My Result Of Chest Xray And It

I just got my result of chest xray and it says that i have ptb minimal in upper lobe. Currently im collecting my requirements for a job that ive been hired, and now that i have this result, im afraid my employer would not allow me to work. I dont feel anything and i was just shocked from the result. Do you think i am not capable or fit to work? Will my employer will not let me in for work? I badly want a job since im a fresh graduate. I need an advice and answer on my question. Is his transferrable disease? Thanks in advancr.
