I Just Got Out Of Hospital For Pnuemonia But While

I just got out of hospital for pnuemonia but while there I had strange bowel movement so they did upper endoscopy. They found lots of inflammation in the esophagus and stomach. Did 2 biopsies and a hiatal hernia
My stool is loose dark brownish green and mucus looking. It sinks to the toilet. I'm just worried I'm bleeding inside
