I Just Had A Gastric Bypass, About A Month Ago.

I just had a gastric bypass, about a month ago. And in the last week or so, I can't keep anything down, including water. I'm throwing up everything! Including mucus and saliva even if I haven't tried to eat or drink anything. And two days ago, I started to get really dizzy and I fainted. I called my surgeon and their advice was to "stay on clear liquids" and even after explaining that clear liquids won't even stay down, they didn't try to help me anymore. What do I do?! I am scared and worried, I'm dehydrated (also have a uti, whether that's related or not, I don't know) and I can't afford to go to the ER. Is this serious? Could my life actually be in trouble?
