I just had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. Two days now I have had green stool, nausea and pain in my abdomen as well as lower back. Is this a delayed side affect of anesthesia or possibly an infection? I’ve also had unusual sore breasts and edema. My surgeon’s nurse believes the digestive issues are unrelated to my other symptoms and a stomach bug. They do urge me to come in to get checked for everything except my digestive issues and see my primary concerning those. However, all of these symptoms came on all at the same time and got worse all post-op. I just want to avoid going to several drs especially while I’m still healing and not feeling like going to any.
