I Just Had A Hysterectomy And Bilateral Mastectomy (BRCA2 Positive)

I just had a hysterectomy and bilateral mastectomy (BRCA2 positive) The docs did not tell me that I could actually go through menopause with each surgery...I am feeling awful (nauseau, memory fog and spatial difficulty, hot flashes, joint pain)....do I go with an SNRI for a few months (I do not want to pursue HRT due to my diagnosis) OR do i try hormone testing to explore bioidentical hormones?
