I just had a lipid profile done with an 8 hr. fast. My results were 274 total cholesterol with a hdl of 111
my ldl was elevated this time to 125. However, my most concern was the trig. level of 188. I had been eating a lot of grapes. However, with the 111 hdl, which I always have a high hdl, would that be in consideration in the #274 total cholesterol reading? Going to work on trig. level.
