I Just Had A Nucleur Pet Scan And My Cardiologist

I just had a nucleur Pet Scan and my cardiologist said while it did not reveal any new blocks of blood supply, there were black spots down the front of my heart. Does this mean I have had a heart attack or are those arteries not pumping blood as they should?
