I Just Has A Chest Xray As Apart Of Pre

I just has a chest xray as apart of pre op test. The results of the xray read biapical pleural thickening, lung fields appear mildly hyperinflated. Minor spurring changes present in the midthoracic spine. What does this mean and would delay surgery which I'm scheduledto have in 10 days.
