I Just Noticed I Have A Blue/purple Yellowish With White

I just noticed I have a blue/purple yellowish with white in the middle discoloring on the roof of my mouth. I lost my voice the day before yesterday. I thpught because I had gone out the it was just dehydration and fatigue from going to Austin. I came home I gained almost 15 to 20 lbs fluid all over my body mainly in the feet and legs. I have been using dandelion vitamin and a water diuretic from the doctor. I have pylled 10 lbs off since 4 this morning. I can't talk and dont really feel that short of breath but do feel like someyhing is stepping on my chest. It feels like laryngitis but I just feel fatigued and blah... I am pushing fluids but not more than required to my weight drinking apple cider vinegar... I dont have insurance so I dont want to go if its something I can fix with home help.
