I Just Noticed On The Right Side Of My Jaw

I just noticed on the right side of my jaw I have a knot I have beed expericeing tenderness under my jaw directly under the knor and tenderness around my jaw tooth on that side however when I push on it I become extremly light headed..I also have periodontal diease
