I Just Received Laser Treatment On Both Of My Eyes

I just received laser treatment on both of my eyes and was wondering how long does that treatment last, on average, before I would need another laser experience? I know the answer will depend on acceptable A1C's. I have been a Type ! diabetic for 45 years.
