I just received my blood work results as it pertains to lipids and really am confused with these results and what I should be doing other than obviously improving my diet. Here are my results: cholesterol 217, triglycerides 64, HDL 71, LDL 133, VLDL 13, and T chop/HDL 3.1 . Any suggestions and/or things I can do other than diet (I exercise daily) to prove? Thank you
