I Just Recently Had A Very Large Tonsillolith Dislodge And

I just recently had a very large tonsillolith dislodge and fall into an awkward spot in my throat. It seems to have lodged itself around the area between the tongue and epiglottis, and there seems to be nothing I can do to move it up or down, including eating various foods in the hope something might snag it and let me swallow it. Attempts to cough it up have been just as fruitless. Right now, it is causing varying degrees of irritation and an unbearable taste almost every time I swallow or cough. What should I do? Will it dissolve, or should I see a doctor to have it pulled out?
