I Just Recently Was Released From Hospital. I Went In

I just recently was released from hospital. I went in having chest pain and a low pressure and feeling very fatigued. The hospital admitted me for observation. During my stay my blood pressure was low 95/57 my heart rate was 42 to 52 never above 52. One doctor diagnosed it as bradycardia, another said it maybe viral myocarditis, one said it was due to my blood pressure medicine, Another doctor said I just need to walk more which I found humorous due to the fact I walk on average about 10 miles a day. The hospital released me still lightheaded with what I guess they are calling chronic dull pain in my chest. But I still have no clear diagnoses of just what is going on?
