I just started 50mg of Tramadol for pain in my shoulders and hips. It does not seem to be working, even though I am taking it every four hours. I had previously been taking 500mg of Ibuprofen every 6 hours or so, and that seemed to be working much better than the Tramadol. My head hurts, my hips and shoulders are still painful (including my neck) Can I take ibuprofen along with the Tramadol? I also take Paxil every morning along with Buproprion (300 mg) What to do? I cannot call or see my doctor for 5 more days.
