I Just Started Taking Lyric 25mg, 2x Per Day. I

I just started taking lyric 25mg, 2x per day. I also take toprol xl 2x/ day and valsartin.
My GI doctor put me on Prilosec for an ulcer 2x per dat 20 mg. I am worried about drug interactions. My kidney function blood test have gone up as well. The lyric was prescribed by a new doctor for a neuropathy in my legs which I have had for over 20 years. It is very painful to walk so he thought the lyric would help.
The first dose I took of the lyric my blood pressure increased to 180/125. I called doctor and he didn't seem to respond so on my own I took another valsartin which within an hour seemed to lower but not to normal.
I still am taking lyrica and BP seems to be back to normal. I also am still taking the Prilosec. I do not have diabetes. I have a 190 cholesterol.
Should I stop any of these drugs. I am concerned the proton pump inhibitor is causing the increase in kidney creatinine levels? What are your thoughts.
