I just suddenly felt rough tiny bumps on my upper right arm and right leg (on lower and upper leg). These are only on my right side and seemed to appear overnight. I thought it was just dry skin, but have put a couple of creams and body lotion on the areas. The bumps are still there. What could have caused them? They don't itch and I can't see them. I wouldn't know they were there if I couldn't feel them.
