I keep having episodes were I will suddenly get weak. Face and chest get warm. Fell like I am not getting enough air. Some times I will start shaking as if shivering. I get gassy and sometimes diareea and burping. I get dizzy, I can't think straight and reaction time is way slow. I have been to the hospital many times when it gets bad. They can never find anything. Male 49yoa only meds are aspirin and statins. I am at my wits end.
