I Know I Shouldn't, But I Sometimes Snort My Medication.

I know I shouldn't, but I sometimes snort my medication. I did so as usual but I think I accidentally snorted a small piece of debris (I'm thinking a very tiny piece of metal) with it. I saw it as it was too late. It hasn't gone down my throat into my mouth or come out of my nose. It doesn't feel like its in my nose. It feels like it might be stuck in my sinus, below my right eye next to my nose. I don't know is that possible?? What should I do?
