I m 28 year old man. having low testosterone (free and bound), fsh, lh. no erection. small testicles. took clomiphine 25 mg Thrice a week. hormone level increased, erection became stronger within 2 weeks. but after 3months of use clomiphine has stopped working. now started hcg injection 2000IU thrice a week for 2 weeks. but not improvement in erection I have noticed yet. after 3months of clomiphine my estradiol was 109. I took anastrozole 1mg for 14 days and now estradiol is 19. how long hcg takes to increase d testosterone level and improve erections? and how to decide when I should increase d hcg dose?
