I May Have Been Shocked By My Light Switch. When

I may have been shocked by my light switch. When I was trying to turn it off I saw a spark. Now my arm that was touching the switch hurts and the leg on that side. I have no visible marks or burns. No other symptoms besides the pain. Is this something I need to seek immediate attention for?
