good nutrious diet, weekly hair care and head massage. no chemical washes or harmful shampoos, good conditining and toning of the hair. not to take head bath everyday. not to comb hair when wet, no smoking or alcohol and more so no stress would help you in growing a strong and long hair
Apply castor oil before going to bed and wash it off with an mild shampoo in the morning. Hair length and volume will also increase. Hair falling also reduces slowly.
