I need some medical advice I might be pregnant but don't know so I haven't been feeling like myself for a couple of days I got what I think is my period but I don't know if it was implantation bleeding because Thursday I was bleeding it was bright red but no blood clots and then Friday I was bleeding pinkish brownish with no blood clots still and by Saturday I started to bleed for one min and then stopped and didn't have to wear anything and I been having strong abdominal pains for a week now and still going to the point it has me on my feet and I been feeling nausea like I want to throw up but nothing comes and I been having heat flashes and headachs as well I took a pregnancy test on Friday but it came up negative I don't know what I should do I don't know if it was too soon or I'm just worrying myself please help.
