I need to know the real pros and cons of giving Organic Aloe Vera juice to a infant for EoE. I have seen so many moms saying it’s helped their kids so much. But my kids doctor is saying he advises against it, but he is more than comfortable putting her on medicine that has all kinds of side effects. I need a real answer on if it’s going to hurt her to try. She cannot eat any food at all, and is on strictly Puramino only at 8 months and we are awaiting a appt with a GI specialist.
