I Normally Have A Very Low Heart Rate 50 To

I normally have a very low heart rate 50 to 55. Two incidents of rapid heart beat. Went to ER this week with 165 . Had EKG. ER doc say AFib. Heart returned to normal rhythm and dropped back to 46. Was told to take daily asprin. Waiting to get appointment with cardio doc. Is very low rate, then very high rate normal?
