I Not Well At All All Sign That I Have

I not well at all all sign that I have is Chagas. I have Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia lest year I whent lost my vicien on my lest eye the operation dint work I going for second one I don't understand I confuse I fell every close I have fag my blood pressure and chelestol is very high I am going down fast my doctor hi kept saying is fabromalgia I take my meds please help thank so much.
