I noticed a lump between my vaginal opening and my anus. It is hard and sore to the touch, but is not an open sore. It appears to be a small black dot when I look at it with a mirror. It appeared around 2-3 days ago and has not changed. I am 16, not sexually active (and have never been before), and am worried about what this lump could be. I have masturbated before, could this have caused it? I have also seen small white specks near my vaginal opening (possible yeast infection?) And discharge. Help please!!!!!
