I Only Have A Bowel Movement About Once A Week

I only have a bowel movement about once a week I'm 65 and was always regular I don't feel like I have to and am not uncomfortable I have had three episodes where I just lost it and didn't feel it coming loose bowels I had a rectal reconstruction of the sphinxes because I had scar tissue blocking they couldn't put an enema in at the hospital it was about six years ago Should I be worried I have no pain no bloody
Stools and just had bloodwork that was fine in my liver enzymes
