I Pass Out Every Once In Awhile, And Two Days

I pass out every once in awhile, and two days ago I lost my vision in both eyes, all i could hear was loud ringing in my ears, I was weak and couldn't stand, my left leg twitched a little and my face and lips went numb...I didn't go to the hospital because after a few minutes I snapped out of it...but now two days later my upper left arm hurts and it feels like i got punched over and over . I don't drink often, I had 3 beers last Saturday...I don't smoke and I don't do drugs. I'm a 19 year old female, height 5'9 weight 180.
