I Presently Have A Low Grade Fever Along With Cough

I presently have a low grade fever along with cough with mucus, achy chest. I have had the flu shot and a pneumonia shot. My concern is that my eye sight is somewhat weakened now. I do have an astigma and have appropriate perscription glasses(this was currnet as of 2010 as. Usually I can use magnavision glasses when I don't have access to my regular RX glasses, however they don't seem to help now. I know I need to have an eye checkup, and most likely a new Rx is in order. Could my vision be being affected through this low grade infection I seem to have? I am a 73 year old female.
