I Received A Dog Bite On My Finger Last Saturday

I received a dog bite on my finger last Saturday I have kept it clean and covered. It has been burning and I noticed today that is filling with pus around it. I am on antibiotics for a sinus infection. I thought being on antibiotics would stop any infection. I am not sure what to do next.
