I Received A Insect Bite A Few Weeks Ago Within

I received a insect bite a few weeks ago within a few hours it was eating you yellow liquid and it was burning and it was red and purple around it I put cream on it and took some antibiotics around the house andone of them busted open and look likea widow bite now I'm noticing these little worms in And under the scabs N in my poop And what appear as a fungus in my tonails I am also 32 weeks preg help!
I tried reaching out but everybody seem to say that in my head but now everybody sees that it's true and they're scared whT to do about it
