I received an abnormal blood test with an IgA level of 1200 and an Mspike of 0.6. I cannot get in to see a hemetologist for 5 weeks. I am so scared that I have multiple myeloma or something else terrible. All my other bloodwork come back normal. Normal kidney function, normal CBC panel, no elevated calcium. I have alway had a problem with iron saturation and take iron pills for that
