I Received Serious Carbon Monoxide Poisining From A Leaky Aircraft

I received serious carbon monoxide poisining from a leaky aircraft exhaust about 2 months ago. By the symptoms that occurred I was in the 5000ppm range. I,m still having symptoms from the poisining. Much less severe at this point. I have researched it and have purchased an o2 blood count monitor and am at 98% 64bpm. I understand that carbon has attached to my hemoglobin. I had thought of getting portable oxygen but upon further research I have read that it probably won,t help. What is happening is when I fly to 2500ft I immediately start feeling like I,m suffering from hypoxia. Just curious whether it's worth going to the er at this point to be put in an o2 pressure chamber. And I,m wondering how much longer the effects could last. I do not have medical insurance.
