I recently delivered a 3 pound stillborn little girl. My question is, Can a 3 vessel umbilical cord turn into a two vessel umbilical cord at 32 weeks pregnant?

Up until my 32 week ultrasound my baby's cord was said to have 3 vessels but at my 32 week appointment the doctor found that my daughters cord only had 2 vessels.

Also up until my daughters delivery at 33 weeks the cord incertion site was said to be "within normal limits" but when she was delivered her umbilical cord was on the side of the placenta instead.
