I Recently Fell And Knocked The Front Off Of One

I recently fell and knocked the front off of one cap in a 4-tooth-bridge. I also broke the front of the tooth that is holding the bridge. I am 71 years old and don't think I need to spend a lot on my teeth which will only be needed for a few more years. The dentist I went to for an evaluation wants to do a new 6-tooth bridge, pull the two teeth that hold the bridge and since I am very hard to work on due to a serious gag reflex, he was going to have me put to sleep while they work on me. His estimate was $6500. I cannot afford thespend that much on m teeth, is there a simpler way to get them so they look like white teeth?
Many thanks,

Peggy Peterka
