I Recently Fell Into A Drain Landing Squarely On My

I recently fell into a drain landing squarely on my left buttock. The entire area turned purple/black with an hour or two, the bruising has now gone but im left with a rock hard, very painful ridge that can best be described as feeling like a 6" ruler has been placed under the skin, I also have a weird numbness to touch of my left upper thigh, that although numb to light touch feels as though it's sunburnt when pressure is applied. Could this hard ridge be bone? I fell approximately 8ft and weigh 19st so there was quite an impact. I'm petrified of hospitals but fear this could be a pelvic fracture. The ridge runs from front to back and starts about an inch into the leg/buttock from the groin.
