I Recently Had A Ct Scan For Suspected Kidney Stones

I recently had a ct scan for suspected kidney stones and just received the results. They state "right kidney is malrotated on a congenital basis and there is minimal dialation of the right renal pelvis, but no obstructing renal, bladder, or ureteric caculi are indentified." What does this mean, other then my kidney is placed oddly?
