I Recently Had An Ultrasound While 11 Weeks 4 Days

I recently had an ultrasound while 11 weeks 4 days pregnant due to bleeding. In the ER the doctor told me radiologist said everything looked fine and baby was good. I asked for the radiology report the following day, and it stated "prominence along the anterior myometrium could represent contraction. Follow-up ultrasound to this area recommended." Why would they tell me everything is fine then I read this? Should I be concerned? If it's not a contraction, what would it be?
