Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had blood in my urine and a weak stream. Drs sent me to a urologist and he sent me for a almost full body scan. All was clear on the scan. He then scoped my bladder and he said all was clear no sign of any cancer any where. I was told by a former nurse to demand a PSA test to show if elevated might still signal possible cancer. I have not done that test yet. Do you think that's a good idea? Should I consider a second opinion as there is no longer any blood in my urine. It happened one day where small chucks of blood came out that were visible. My urine tests did show small traces of blood. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
