I recently had my first ultrasound. By my calculation I was 6 weeks and 1 day. They measured 6 weeks 4 days on vaginal US. There was no heartbeat. I was then sent for a abdominal us that measured 7weeks 4 days still no heart beat. All blood work was fine no bleeding or cramping. They told me that it died a week ago and that I will miscarry. My cycle is also 37 days long. Could they be wrong and the heartbeat just had not developed yet. It has now been 4 days since my appointment and I still have no bleeding or cramps.
