I Recently Had What I Think Was Rotavirus. I Am

I recently had what I think was rotavirus. I am now over it but I am having pain inside my rectal and lower bowel area when I have bowel movements or when I urinate. There also feels like pressure when sitting. It doesn't last long and there is no blood or bleeding. I'm hoping it's just residual pain from all the straining I did during my bout with the diarrhea from the virus but I'm also worried about other illnesses. I am a 49 year old male in decent shape, work out 3 days a week
