I Recently Have Experienced Bilateral Upper Arm Pain And Weakness.

I recently have experienced bilateral upper arm pain and weakness. I have been doing 50 to 60 push-ups a few nights per week. During one set I experienced a sharp pain half-way between my shoulder and elbow in my left arm. I took some days off but it still seemed to be there. More recently, the same thing in the other arm. It feels like the pain is in the bone. It is neither a bicep or tricep pain. Now both arms are weak. Certain movements are painful while others are not. Could it be a rotator cuff tear or is it more likely to be tendinitis or a strain? What should I do to get back to my exercise routine?
