I Removed My IUD ( Not Hormonal) After 12 Days

I removed my IUD ( not hormonal) after 12 days of insersion coz of continuous bleeding. And yet i removed it on 17 November, still there is bleeding taking in consideration that i am using daflon , dicynone & kapron
So when I expect the bleeding to stop?
