I Retired Recently And Start To Worry About Future, Money

I retired recently and start to worry about future, money in my retirement account, health coverage etc... In same time I noticed that I started to urinate frequently and I was prescribed tamsuloson (generic for Flomax) that helped little. Also I noticed numbness and tingling in a legs and some pressure in bottom portion of the stomach. Also I lost appetite and lost ~10 pound in 6 weeks. Can all this be related to stress and anxiety?
