I Revently Was Diagnosed With Severe NASH From A Liver

I revently was diagnosed with severe NASH from a liver biopsy which was needed due to 3 consecutive blood tests showing 3x's the normal amount of enzymes. I also have fibromyalgia, essential thrombocytosis, trigeminal neuralgia, IBS, GERD, gastritis, diverticulitis, ive had a complete hysterectomy and still have my ovaries.

My question is, i am having pain in rib cage up on my right side a little towards the back. I hurts to take a deep breath. Could this be problems with my liver?
