I Scraped My Knee At The Beach On The Sand

I scraped my knee at the beach on the sand and I didn't do anything for it and 5 days later it hurt to fully extend my knee and it started oozing clear liquid and I put a band aid on it and now the wound is sort of deep, I can barely walk on it without lots of pain, and there is a clear, plastic looking film on it. I dont know what to do.
