I See Doctor Annually And Had Good Blood Work Test

I see doctor annually and had good blood work test results last August, 2016. For past two months have been experiencing more and more, groggyness in head, little blurred vision, headache, almost a feeling of being drunk. Makes driving to work a real challenge. Have had vertigo in the past and treated for it, but this is different. Feel like I could close my eyes while driving and fall asleep. Just seems like my head is in a fog.
