I Seem To Forget Names Of People I Should Definitely

I seem to forget names of people I should definitely know -friend, child in my daycare, even grandchild for a minute. I have said the wrong word at times. I have a dull maybe tension headache at times. This seems to be getting worse quickly. I did bump my head recently very hard and got a lump, but I didn't pass out. I did get double vision but that can happen easily with a bump. I have myasthenia gravis and I usually only use one eye. My eyes don't work together because one eyeball is way over to the outside of my eye. A bump can knock the balance of my eyes.
